Here are the final scaned images of my 3 part, 3 colour screen print series; Summer Bugs.

They are all larvae of insects common to the UK.

We all love birds, badgers, and ponies but people forget to appreciate the little things.

Lucanus Cervus 3 colour screen print Also known as stag beetle larvae. Loves burrowing through trees, munching on wood.

Harmonia Axyridis 3 colour screen print Also known as ladybird larvae. One of my favourate insects. Has a very healthy appetite for aphids.
